Edom’s Destruction cometh!!!!
A large Syrian army/Hizballah force is massing at Izra in the southern Daraa region poised to fight through to the Jordanian border and come within reach of Quneitra. This is reported by DEBKAfile’s military sources. The big Izra base also houses the Iranian command for eastern Syria. Bashar Assad has freed up substantial military strength for his drive to capture the south after beating back rebel forces from the Damascus area and proclaiming it under his control. The strength piling up at Izra consists of elements of the 4th Armored Division, as well as the 5th, 7th and 9th Divisions, paired with Hizballah reinforcements. They are armed with fresh Russian arms deliveries of Golan 1000 missile launchers and the new version of the Kornet D anti-tank missiles which can hit targets within a range of 8-9 km.
Our sources report that these units are preparing to drive south, knock over the rebel militias holding positions in the southeast and break through to the Syrian-Jordanian border crossing at Nasib. This is not the Syrian army’s first expedition with this goal, but hitherto they were pushed back by the rebels when the Russian command denied them air support at US and Jordanian insistence. This time, Russian intentions are unknown.
The US and Israeli commanders are watching the buildup at Izra with concern. Should a Syrian government force manage to fight its way through to the Jordanian border, backed by Hizballah and Iranian commanders, it would pose a threat to the US contingents posted in northern Jordan and embedded in the Syrian-Jordanian-Iraqi border triangle. Their presence there would be just a hop and a jump away from the Syrian Golan town of Quneitra and the Israeli border to the east, which is causing anxiety in Israel.
The government of Sweden has produced a 20-page pamphlet which they’ll be sending to each of the 4.8 million households in the country urging them to get prepared for…WAR.
Although they haven’t been at war for over 200 years, for some reason, right now, they want their citizens to get prepped – and fast. This goes along with an article I wrote in January of 2018 when the government urged their people to be ready to cope “without help” for at least a week.
Shortly before Christmas, the Swedish government quietly published a paper called “Resilience.” Initially, the requirement had been for people to be prepared for 3 days without help, but it seems like that was a baby step. The government itself wants to be prepared for a 3-month long civil emergency and they’re urging citizens to take responsibility, too.
It really makes you wonder what is looming ahead, doesn’t it? (source)
This, however, is a direct approach, with the preparedness instructions delivered to their doors.
The booklet, titled, If Crisis or War Comes, is an updated version of one distributed in the 1980s. It was compiled by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) and references several potential crises that could occur, according to the Swedish media:
The brochure warns Swedes of things that every prepper knows. “In the event of a societal emergency, help will be provided first to those who need it most. The majority must be prepared to cope on their own for some time.” Here’s what Swedish website The Local has to say about the warnings.
“Water, food and warmth” as well as an ability to obtain information from authorities are the most important things in such a scenario.
The guide provides a checklist of foodstuffs and goods it’s useful to have at home just in case, ranging from basic vegetables to long-lasting oat or soy milk, tinned protein like sardines or boiled meat, and items for providing warmth, access to communications, and for storing water.
The booklet also has a checklist to help Swedes be better prepared to cope with misleading information and influence operations, noting that “the best protection against false information and hostile propaganda is to critically appraise the source” by asking questions like “is this factual information or opinion?” and “who has put this out?”.
“We all have a responsibility for our country’s safety and preparedness, so it’s important for everyone to also have knowledge on how we can contribute if something serious occurs,” MSB General Director Dan Eliasson said in a statement.
“Sweden is safer than many other countries but threats exist.” (source)
Supply checklists are included, with suggestions for stocking up on things like mineral water, wet wipes, and tinned hummus. There are directions to bomb shelters, as well as instructions for what to do if ATMs, cellphones or the internet stop working.
Taking a tip from global superpowers like U.S., Britain, France, China, and Russia, who are actively modernizing their militaries with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to develop the next-generation of autonomous weapon systems for the modern battlefield.
The Narendra Modi led-government of India has begun to incorporate AI into its armed forces to improve its operational readiness. So far, the government has formed an AI task force and unleashed a variety of unmanned tanks, flying vehicles, and robotic weapon systems before the next military conflict.

According to The Times of India, the modernization effort by the Modi led-government is part of a broader political action to prepare the Army, Navy, and the Air Force for the next generation of wars between China and or Pakistan.
“The use of AI would add more teeth to the country’s military setup, and it would be a big area considering the requirements of future warfare,” Secretary in Department of Defence Production Ajay Kumar, said in a statement.
“China in 2017 came out with its roadmap defining that by 2030 they should be the leading AI power in the world. For the first time, all stakeholders, defense forces, the IT industry, startups, academia, defense PSUs will define the roadmap.
AI is going to be a part of all the military strategy in the future. The man can get tired and bored. Machines will not get tired and bored. Machines can sustain in advanced and dangerous situations. All these advantages are creating a situation where we are going to increasingly see AI in our country’s defense setup.” Kumar added.
Kumar further said a high-powered task force under the chairmanship of Tata Sons chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran was “finalizing the specifics and framework of the project, which would be implemented in a partnership model between the armed forces and the private sector.”
The task force will include the national cybersecurity coordinator Gulshan Rai, leading academic professors, as well as top generals and officials from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc), and Atomic Energy Commission.
“The task force will make recommendations on how to make India a significant power in AI, in terms of both offensive and defensive needs, especially in aviation, naval, land systems, cyber, nuclear and biological warfare arenas. Initial tenders or RFIs (requests for information) will be floated over the next two years on dual-use AI capabilities,” said a military source.
Like U.S., Britain, France, China, and Russia, India has also begun production on embedding AI into its military war machines. Kumar added, “unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned naval vessels, unmanned tanks and automatic robotic rifles as weapon systems will have an extensive use in future wars.”
The military source said the deployment of AI in the surveillance of India’s borders with China and Pakistan could give troops the upper hand in defending critical borderlands.
Kumar concluded, “AI is going to be a very big concept in the coming years. Major countries of the world are now working on strategies to see how AI can be used for defense forces. We are also moving….
Back in March of last year, Erico Matias Tavares , asked Iben Thranholm – one of Denmark’s most widely read columnists on such matters – if Denmark was on the brink?
Thranholm is a former editor and radio host at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR), at which she created a religious news program that set a new standard for religious analysis in the newsroom. She has traveled extensively in the Middle East, Italy, the United States and Russia to carry out research and interviews. She has been awarded for her investigative research into Danish media coverage of religious issues.
Her response now seems prophetic..
IT: Yes, Denmark is on the brink. And Europe is on the brink. We completely lost our culture, our values and our moral compass. What used to be good is now evil and vice-versa.
You mentioned Denmark being the happiest country in the world but I am not sure that is true. We have high alcohol consumption and about half a million people on happy pills for a reason.
Channel 1, our main TV channel here, recently aired a documentary on three Danish girls who converted to Islam out of their own will, not because they got married or anything like that. They all had the same background, coming from broken homes, dealing with alcoholism and so forth – basically part of the legacy of the 1968 revolution we had across Europe. What these girls lacked was structure, and they found it in Islam because it regulates all aspects of your life: how you dress, what you eat, with whom you can socialize with, how to pray, how to interact as a wife and so on.
That is what the right-wing parties in Europe don’t understand. This is a spiritual battle. There is no political freedom without spiritual freedom. If you go around just forbidding things, like don’t wear the head cloth and so forth, it will not work. Our civilization will gradually disappear.
The only thing that can save Europe right now is a true spiritual, dare I say Christian, revival across the Continent. This played a significant role in the demise of communism in the Soviet Union and East Germany. The churches there provided hidden venues for people to congregate, express ideas and share their faith and hardships.
Since its inception Christianity was always about fighting evil with love, prayer and faith because these three are the key to freedom. And these are the values that the radical left and radical Islam do not tolerate, because of course both demand total obedience to the state and their conception of God, respectively.
ET: Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and your courage. You deserve to be in the cover of a magazine, not on some government blacklist. Wish you all the best.
IT: Thank you.
A year later, in an editorial that drew the fury of progressives in Denmark, the country’s immigration minister said “a significant group” of refugees “cheats, lies and abuses our trust” to soak the Danish government for additional benefits – or to cheat on exams that allow them to receive asylum status.
According to Inger Stojberg’s editorial, which was published in the Danish BT tabloid, thousands of migrants pose as adolescents to receive the additional benefits that the state of Denmark bestows on unaccompanied minors seeking asylum in the country. In fact, as many as two-thirds of the refugees admitted to Denmark have later been found to be older than the age they gave during their arrival. More from RT (translation theirs):
Another problem that Stojberg highlighted is the age of so-called minors among migrants, many of whom are believed to be grown men posing as adolescents. “We also see young people under the age of 18 who cheat their way into getting better treatment and more benefits,” she stated, stressing that an unaccompanied minor costs over 500,000 kroner ($80,000) per year for the state. “In fact, two thirds of those whom we later age-tested proved to be older than they originally stated,” she added.
Stojberg also cited Facebook Groups found online where refugees share answers to Danish language and culture tests that every migrant entering Denmark must take.
A Michigan fire chief says his cameras captured an image of an angel above his truck.
Glen Thorman said his motion sensor activated home camera caught the image of what appeared to be an angelic figure moving out of frame.
The church posted the photos on its Facebook page last week with the caption:
“Last night at the Thorman’s house, the security camera recorded this snapshot. Glen Thorman is the fire chief for East Jordan …( they attend Jordan Rivers) Yep folks… It’s an angel. I guess there is no question who is watching over their residence while they sleep, and yes, they pray that The Angels of the Lord will surround them and their property….These photos have not been altered in anyway. The second photo, the security camera also shot because the angel was moving away. The camera is designed to photograph anything in motion or unusual…. lots of tears today when they opened the security on their camera …WOW!”

Numbers in scripture:
SEVENTYis another combination of two of the perfect numbers, seven and ten. We have seen something of the significance of their sum under the number seventeen; their product is no less significant.
As compared with the sum of two numbers, the product exhibits the significance of each in an intensified form.
Hence 7 x 10 signifies perfect spiritual order carried out with all spiritual power and significance. Both spirit and order are greatly emphasised.
THE SEVENTY NATIONSwhich peopled the earth are set forth with a particularity which shows the importance of the fact (see Gen 10).
THE SEVENTY SOULS OF GENESIS 46are marked not only by the perfection of spiritual truth, as seen by the multiple of 7, but by the perfection of Divine order, as seen in the multiple of 10, seventy being 7 x 10.
We stop not to notice the number given in Acts 7:14, which is different because it refers to a different classification, viz., “all his kindred,” which amounted to 75. In Genesis 46:26, God is speaking of another class, viz., only those “which came out of his loins”; these were seventy in number.
This number is made up in a remarkable manner, distinguishing the descendants of Leah and her maid from Rachel and her maid,* the latter being a more marked multiple of 7:—
* The gematria of their names is just as remarkable. See pp. 210, 211.
|The Children of Leah||33||(3×11)|
|(Only 32 are named, because one, viz., Jochebed,* the mother of Moses, though conceived, was not born till Egypt was reached (Num 26:59), and therefore could not be named here.)|
|The children of her maid Zilpah||16||(4×4)|
|Together (though not separately) making a multiple of 7||49||(7×7)|
|The children of Rachel||14||(2×7)|
|The children of her maid Bilhah||7|
|Making separately and together a multiple of seven||70||(7×10)|
* The gematria of her name is 42 (6×7), for though of Divine calling she was very human.
These seventy built up the nation of Israel. See Genesis 46:27; Exodus 1:5 and Ruth 4:11.
Seventy elders furnished Israel’s great Tribunal, Exodus 24:1; Numbers 11:16, afterwards called the Sanhedrim. See below, under the next number (120).
Seventy disciples sent out by the Lord prefigure the mighty host which followed them (Luke 10:1,17) in spirit and in power.
It is the number specially connected with
JERUSALEMfor the city kept its sabbaths seventy years, while Judah was in Babylon, Jeremiah 35:11.
And seventy sevens were determined upon it to complete its transgression, and bring in everlasting righteousness for it, Daniel 9:24 (see pp. 5, 6, 7,).
Forty-three Palestinians were killed Monday in violent clashes with Israeli forces along the Gaza Strip’s border with Israel, Palestinians said, in a burst of bloodshed that cast a cloud over Israel’s festive inauguration of the new US Embassy in Jerusalem.
It was the deadliest day in Gaza since the devastating cross-border war between the territory’s Hamas rulers and Israel in 2014.
Gaza’s Hamas-run health ministry said 43 Palestinians were killed and over 500 were wounded in the violence, amid the biggest riots and rallies in a weeks-long campaign of protests against Israel.
The Israeli army said around 50,000 Gazans were demonstrating in 12 locations along the border. It said thousands more were gathered at points several hundred meters from the fence.
At around 4 p.m., the time that the US was inaugurating its embassy in Jerusalem, military sources said Hamas-spurred groups were trying to breach the border at several spots along the Gaza fence.
The army said three of those killed were trying to plant explosives at the border fence. In two separate incidents, IDF troops opened fire on gunmen who were trying to shoot them, Hadashot TV said.
The army also said aircraft struck a Hamas post after gunmen there opened fire on troops. There were no injuries among the soldiers. Reports said the IAF also struck five targets in the Jabaliya area.
The IDF confirmed it carried out a series of airstrikes in Gaza “in response to the violent acts of the last few hours being carried out by Hamas along the security fence.”
“A short while ago, an IAF fighter jet struck five terrorist targets in a military training facility belonging to the Hamas terror organization in the northern Gaza Strip,” the army said in a statement Monday afternoon.
“In addition, earlier today, an IAF aircraft and an IDF tank targeted two additional military positions belonging to the Hamas terror organization in the northern Gaza Strip. These strikes were conducted in response to the incident in which IDF forces were fired upon by Hamas in the northern Gaza Strip,” the statement added, saying that 40,000 Palestinians were participating in violent riots in 13 locations along the Gaza Strip security fence.
The Gaza health ministry said 43 Palestinians had been killed and more than 5,000 injured in the clashes.
“The IDF operates with determination in order to prevent massive terror activities constantly being led by the Hamas terror organization in. Each act of terror will be met with a harsh response,” the army said.
Israeli special forces were flown by helicopter on Monday afternoon, May 14, to the Israeli-Egyptian border region to thwart Palestinian plans to kidnap soldiers and civilians. Egypt also placed its Gaza border on high alert, after the IDF killed three armed Palestinians when they were caught planting an explosive device on the border fence at Rafah at the southern tip of the Gaza Strip on the Egyptian border.
The IDF forces guarding the Gaza border fence, ramped up to 12 battalions, continue to fend off spiraling Palestinian attempts to break through for terrorist attacks and attempts to snatch hostages. It is also feared that undiscovered Hamas terror tunnels may also deposit terrorists inside Israeli communities. For the first time in the eight-week Hamas rampage on the Gaza-Israeli border, an Israeli aircraft fired at an armed Hamas position near the Gaza town of Jebalia in reprisal for gunfire on Israeli troops.
As the day wore on, the masses rioting along the Israeli border swelled in number to around 40,000, concentrated in 12 rallying points at the fence. Gangs are throwing explosive devices and burning containers at the Israeli troops. In early afternoon, the Palestinians reported 44 dead from Israeli gunfire and hundreds injured. Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gady Eisenkot is in constant touch with the field commanders.
Late last month, we suggested that Beijing’s first domestically built aircraft carrier would begin sea trials “imminently.” Pictures and video from Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Company, located in Dalian, Liaoning province, China, the largest shipbuilding company in the country, showed the aircraft carrier, so far known as Type 001A (CV-17), preparing for its first independently powered foray at sea.
In a new announcement from the Defence Ministry, the still-unnamed vessel (Type 001A) exited the port outside the Dalian shipyard at 5:30 am on Sunday morning — embarking on its first sea trial. A military strategist told the Global Times, “the trial will mainly test basic system functionality and carrier-based aircrafts will participate in combat trials after the carrier is formally delivered to China’s navy.”
The IDF early Thursday, May 10, bombed 50 Iranian military targets in Syria, including Al Qods command posts, military camps, arsenals at Damascus international airport, intelligence posts. These raids in the Damascus region came after against units of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards’ Al Qods in Syria launched a 20-missile barrage at IDF forward positions on the Golan shortly after midnight on Wednesday, May 9. There were no casualties. Some of the incoming missiles were intercepted by Iron Dome batteries. Israel artillery and tanks blasted the sources of the fire at Baath near Quneitra and Khan Arnaba, where Iran’s Revolutionary Guards and Hizballah maintain a command center. The missile attack from across the Golan border with Syria set off warning sirens just before one a.m. Civilians were ordered to take shelter in protected areas. The IDF issued a communique half an hour later, saying: “We view with extreme gravity the Iranian missile attack on the Golan and are ready for a number of different scenarios.” A short time later, social media reported that several explosions rocked Damascus, and claimed that Israeli jets struck several military sites belonging to Bashar Assad’s forces and the Iranian Al-Qods units near the Syrian capital. This was not confirmed by any authoritative source.
The situation is fluid to say the least, but as far as we can tell this is what has happened tonight so far:
1. Sirens go off in Golan Heights
2. Loud explosions heard
Then blame-game begins…
3. AP: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported Wednesday that Israel has attacked targets of the Syrian military on the outskirts of Quneitra.
4. AP: Activists reported rocket fire from Israel into southern Syrian just before midnight Wednesday.
5. AP: The Israeli army says it is investigating and has no further details.
6. IDF report that Iranian Quds force fired 20 rockets towards forward IDF positions on Golan Heights.
7. According to al-Mayadeen (pro-gov) 10 positions of the Israeli Army were shelled with rockets, and several vehicles were targeted with guided missiles.
8. The IDF views this event with great severity and remains prepared for a wide variety of scenarios.
9. Exchanges continue…
10. Israeli jets fire on Damascus; shelling from inside Israel continues.
11. Israeli jets are firing on the headquarters of the Republican Guard.
12. IDF confirms that Israel is launching an attack on targets associated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard in Syria. Meanwhile, the power has been cut in parts of Damascus.
So it is unclear who started the ‘fight’ but for now rocket exchanges continue.
Just off a 10-hour visit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, and less than a day after Trump pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday he doesn’t expect Russia to act against Israeli forces as they continue exchanging fire with Syria.
It appears the meeting wrapped up at the very moments a major escalation began along the Golan Heights, with both Syria and Israel trading blame for an initial attack which quickly escalated into Israeli cruise missile launches and shelling on targets in southern Syria and notably, on Damascus itself.
Military rallies by armed forces took place across several major cities in Russia on May 09 to celebrate the 73rd anniversary of the Soviet Union’s march into Berlin and the victory over Germany in World War II.
Earlier this week, we learned that Russia would showcase its newest Kinzhal hypersonic missile and other high-tech military weapons during the upcoming military parade, which is primarily based in Moscow.
However, there are new reports that Russia will unveil a multifunctional reconnaissance and fire support “robot tank” that has been battle-tested in Syria, dubbed “Uranus-9,” a top defense official said.
The Democratic Republic of Congo has been alerted to an outbreak of Ebola. In the past five weeks, there have been 21 cases of the infection reported, and 17 of those are now deceased.
The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo declared the outbreak of Ebola hemorrhagic fever, a rare and deadly disease, on Tuesday, the World Health Organization reported.
The declaration of an outbreak came after laboratory results confirmed two cases of the disease in the province of Bikoro in the northwestern part of the country. Bikoro is situated on the shores of Lake Tumba near the border with the Republic of the Congo. The new cases were reported from a small health facility about 30 kilometers (19 miles) from Bikoro.
The average case fatality rate for Ebola hemorrhagic fever is around 50%. The deadly virus most commonly affects people and nonhuman primates (monkeys, gorillas, and chimpanzees) and is caused by one of five Ebola viruses.
“We will gather more samples, conduct contact tracing, engage the communities with messages on prevention and control, and put in place methods for improving data collection and sharing,” said Dr. Matshidiso Moeti, the WHO’s regional director for Africa.
“WHO will work closely with health authorities and partners to support the national response.”
Upon learning of the confirmed cases, the WHO alerted neighboring countries and set up its Incident Management System to fully dedicate staff and resources to the response. A government statement released Tuesday stated that the Ministry of Health has “taken all necessary measures to respond promptly and effectively to this new epidemic of Ebola in the DRC’s national territory.”
(Jerusalem, Israel) — In a dramatic presentation that seemed ripped out of an international political thriller but was actually broadcast live to the nation of Israel in prime time this evening, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu unveiled a major coup by Israeli intelligence services.
The Mossad, Israel’s foreign spy agency, has stolen thousands of top secret Iranian documents proving conclusively Iranian leaders are lying when they say they have no intention of building nuclear weapons.
“A few weeks ago, in a great intelligence achievement, Israel obtained half a ton of the material inside these [previously secret Iranian] vaults,” he noted. “And here’s what we got. Fifty-five thousand pages. Another 55,000 files on 183 CDs.”
All of the material — some 100,000 documents, plus photos, blueprints and videos from inside Iran’s clandestine nuclear weapons program — are highly classified Iranian documents that “the world has never seen before,” Netanyahu said in a speech given first in English and concluded in Hebrew.
The materials provides “new and conclusive proof of the secret nuclear weapons program that Iran has been hiding for years from the international community in its secret atomic archive.”
Netanyahu explained that all of the material has been shared with — and verified by — the U.S. government, and will soon be shared with the IAEA, the U.N.’s nuclear watchdog agency, and with other governments. [UPDATE: U.S. Confirms Authenticity of Secret Iran Nuclear Docs, Officials See Game Over for Deal — Trump administration officials praise Netanyahu’s ‘powerful presentation’]
“What I’ve shown you tonight is just a fraction of the total material that we have. But even from this sample, you can draw four main conclusions,” Netanyahu said.
“So here’s the bottom line,” Netanyahu noted. “Iran continues to lie. Just last week, [Iranian Foreign Minister Javad] Zarif said this : ‘We never wanted to produce a bomb.’ Again [repeats video clip]: ‘We never wanted to produce a bomb.’ Yes you did. Yes you do. And the atomic archive proves it.”
Netanyahu argued that nuclear deal negotiated and championed by President Obama and other world leaders gave Iran “a clear pass to an atomic arsenal.”
“It does so because it gives them the three components that are necessary to produce this arsenal,” he said. “First, unlimited enrichment in a few years. And they plan to do that. They plan to have several hundred thousand advanced centrifuges with which they can enrich mountains of uranium for that core that I showed you before. For many, many such cores. Second, it completely fails to address Iran’s continued development of ballistic missiles. And third, and this is new, it completely fails to address Iran’s secret nuclear bomb program and its advanced work on weaponization. We just did.”
“So this is a terrible deal,” Netanyahu concluded. “It should never have been concluded. And in a few days’ time, President Trump will decide, will make a decision on what to do with the nuclear deal. I’m sure he’ll do the right thing. The right thing for the United States, the right thing for Israel and the right thing for the peace of the world.”
